Routine Service

Like all mechanical equipment (e.g. a car), a regular routine service may prevent a costly breakdown at that inconvenient time.

Lack of heating or cooling can compromise some people’s health & comfort at home. Or, in the workplace poor heating and cooling can compromise employee performance, costing an employer valuable time and money.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

Some clients especially businesses, enter into a Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC) where scheduled routine servicing is regularly carried out without the client needing to worry about remembering to arrange and book a routine service.
